Fruitious

It's starting to feel like Autumn. The air is cooler and it feels like the wind has changed direction. Every one is back in jeans and even sweatshirts already. The return of cold wind! It feels great and every night the crickets and frogs chirp and croak, singing a lullaby that floats through my bedroom window. The air even smells different, sweeter almost. Autumn has ti be coming, at least I hope so!
Finally getting something back for this year's work! I'm surprised by how much tomatoes we got this season after the hard time the plants have had. It seemed like they were struggling through the spring and summer months. But, looking at all the round red tomatoes they must have done alright.

The Pear Tree's bounty. Although we can't eat them, the birds seem to love them!

White Pine. It smells so good, the sap that sits on the pine cones is so fragrant it fills the room.
