The rain has left us for now; school is over for the summer; we're getting ready for a (long) road trip to Oregon; and it has gotten warmer, finally feeling like spring has come.

The violets we planted three years ago have invaded the lawn as well as spread throughout the front landscaping. They are a much more aggressive than I originally thought they would be, but the purple flowers look nice and I can use them medicinally in a few years. 

The red tulips have finally joined the white and yellow ones.
