I wish it was winter… Random thought.
It's been very humid here lately, making painting the downstairs bathroom like a sauna. it's done though! A bright yellow of sorts. And the upstairs in down (not counting the foyer, which my dad insists belongs to the realm of the upstairs).
Next weekend is the start of my dad's 4th of July week of vacation. We plan on finishing the painting then, starting Saturday with the kitchen, a challenge all of it's own (refrigerator and stove must be moved). Looking forward to it! Can't wait to be done.
Yesterday, being Father's Day, we spent the day up at my uncle's. Swimming in the pool, which was great considering how humid and hot it was, even though some of us got a little sunburned.
A very productive weekend in all.
