The beginning of another week. But we're getting closer to August and my boyfriend's arrival from Japan. I'm counting down the days. Only three weeks left from tomorrow!!!

Our mysterious cucumber/melon has spread to the next bin. Whatever it is, we'll get a lot of it.

It's even climbed all through the cilantro (coriander) that's done from the season.

And finally, the last few roses still untouched by the beetles. Although I'm sure they won't last long, they smell sweetly and are very beautiful now.
