The bushes we planted earlier this year are doing their job! More butterflies, hummingbirds and even gold finches are flying through our yard and alighting on the stems holding the bright blossoms upright. The butterflies are especially entertaining to watch. They flutter around the yard in a intricate pattern, spending only a few seconds on one flower and then quickly flapping their delicate wings to another.
