Life is ging back to normal after the vacation/break. Dad's back to work and I go back to school next week starting Monday. But! Still time before that happens, and since it snowed recently (although mos of it has melted as it's getting a little warmer since yesterday) so it actually feels like winter and that the new year has started.

Although it's a little late, this is what we made for New Year's Day's breakfast. This year's New Year's we finally did well. And, so long as it doesn't snow heavily or rain and the wind it not too strong, we plan on having another fire this Friday. I'm really liking this tradition!
